| The team has been involved with many searches over the last several years. From the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster to Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. The team has been in East Texas and throughout the South providing Search, Rescue and Technical Expertise. The team is often called on in the local area to provide specific techinical knowledge in the search for missing persons from young children to Alzeheimer's patients. Our unique blend of Air Scent, Trailing, Tracking and Human Remains Detection Canines, along with our network of affiliated agencies, has led to searches for the FBI, Texas DPS and the search for Natalie Holloway in Aruba. |

| April 24, 2008 Requested by Angelina County SO A 2 yr old male had left his home sometime befor 9:30 AM. Mike Stephens with Spec, Cathy Clark with JD & Madison, Mike Fowler and Nick Terry with Bella origianlly responded with Jeff Burns providing coordination at 11:05 AM. Trevor Barnett with Brook, Mike Read, Abby Arnold and Dan Russell also responded to the scene. After conducting an interview at the home and gaining scent articles, Cathy & Madison began a scent trail with Mike Fowler flanking. At 11:45 AM the subject was found by Madison a short distance from the home. He had been missing for almost 3 hours. Congratulations to Madison on her first find! |
| April 19, 2008 Requested by Angelina County SO A 15 y/o hearing impaired male had left his home at 10:30 PM the night before and had not returned home. He was located at 7:45 AM in Diboll while the call out was in progess. |
| December 31, 2007 Requested by Angelina County SO A 6 y/o boy was missing for approximately 3 hours off of 2497 in Diboll. During the initial call out the boy was found by family members and the call out was cancelled. |
| December 27, 2007 Requested by Angelina County SO A 58 y/o male failed to return home from a hunting trip. At around 7:00 PM his friends contacted the Angelina County SO. The team sent Cathy Clark, Jeff Burns, Mike Fowler and Nick Terry along with 2 Bloodhounds. Also en route was Kevin Pierce, TFS Bloodhound handler. After arriving at the scene, a hasty team of Ora and Zavalla Fire Department members was sent to check a nearby pipeline while the first Bloodhound (Wrinkles) ran. The witness was interviewed for additional information. The subject was located a short time later by the team on the pipeline. The subject had become disoriented and wondered for 5 hours before finally stopping to rest. |
| December 10, 2007 Requested by Angelina County SO A young child was reported missing but found a short time later without full team call out. |
| July 2008 Requested by Angelina County SO The team responded to the scene of a possible drowning to assist Texas Parks & Wildlife. The body was located as team members arrived on the scene. |
| August 2008 Requested by Angelina County SO Team members responded to a request for assistance with a body recovery in an area of the county that was very remote. Team members Jeff Burns, Mike Stephens, Daniel Russell and Mike Reed arrived on scene and assisted the Investigators with the removal of the deceased person using a rescue basket and a Four Wheel drive vehicle. The body was transported to an area where it could taken to the Funeral Home. |
| September 2008 Requested by Lufkin Police Department Team members responded to the request of the City of Lufkin to assist in the search of a 21 y/o male with a mental disability who had been missing for 24 hours. The subject was located outside of Angelina County by Law Enforcement. |
| April 16, 2008 Requested by Angelina County Sheriff's Office to be on stand by for possible missing child. Child was located by parents prior to ACSO arrival. |
| May 22, 2011 Team requested to stand by for possible response to Joplin, Mo. for mutual aid due to F-5 Tornado strike. |
| June 12, 2011 Requested by ACSO to be on stand by for a missing elderly male. Male was found prior to arrival of Sheriff's Office. |
| July 26, 2011 Response requested to assist ACSO in locating an at risk juvinile on River Crest Rd. Two K-9 teams responded. The subject was located 3 hours later in Lufkin, Tx. |
| September 12, 2011 Requested by ACSO to be on stand by for an at risk juvenile runaway. Located by Deputies. |
| October 5, 2011 Requested to respond to assist ACSO to locate a 79 year old male missing from his residence in Huntington, Texas. He was located by family as K-9 team arrived on scene. |
| November 10, 2011 Response requested by Hudson PD to assist in searching for 2 missing females. The missing females were located by family in Lufkin, Texas as search teams were deployed. 1 K-9 team responded. |
| November 14, 2011 Response requested by ACSO to locate a missing elderly male. The man was located by Deputies prior to team arrival. |
